| The Star Metropolis While the Milky Way consists of small colonized systems, joined only by vast space highways, Hexisan is much different. Because Hexisan began its great formation thousands of years ago, merging several advanced racial territories into one massive society. It began when the Altarians started to immigrate outward from their planet in search of psi-crystals. This advanced species was able to find and habitat dozens of planets, filling them with technological cities and structures.
Meanwhile, on the opposite side of the galaxy, Novacon conquerers were launching new expeditions in order to lay claim to nearby systems. This "land race" went on for centuries until they finally ran into the Altarians, and began their great war. Afterwards, the societies truced and combined empires while exploring any remaining unchartered territories. Not long after, the Balidar, Elashani, and Rasari were found, helping the Hexisan Union to form.
It wouldn't take much longer for this new galactic government to acquire the remainder of the unclaimed galaxy. Soon, any underdeveloped parts would grow to be great civilized territories, leaving nothing to the imagination. Dubbed the "Star Metropolis", Hexisan is now a collection of hundreds of highly populated, well developed planets, and the societies within.

| Altarian PeaceThough the Altarians have had eras of violence within their long history, they are generally a peace loving race. So much so that all Altarian crystal cities not only outlaw weapons, but aggressively seek out anyone who may have military arms, dangerous psionic abilities, or even...violent intent. They can do so because of Psi-Readers, a type of Altarian police force that has been given permission by Altarian governments to actively read others thoughts, history, and emotions. While nearly all Altarians have the ability to communicate with one another mentally, Psi-Readers are trained and authorized to constantly scan citizens, seeking those who may be profiled as threats to others. These threats, depending on their risk level, are dealt with accordingly by Psi-Reader law. While those with minor weaponry are merely asked for their equipment to be confiscated, anyone with weapons of mass destruction are taken in immediately. Likewise, those who have a history of less severe mental violence are merely psionically marked, anyone who is either psychopathic or has dangerous levels of psion power are either psychically blocked, or arrested. These actions may seem severe to outsiders, but drastically help Altarian crystal cities remain at peace. So much so, that some larger crystal cities have gone sun rotations (a year) without having a single death due to their great lifespans. And though Psi-Readers are limited to Altarian based crystal cities, there are some cultures who have begun looking into an adapted form of Psi-Readers for their violent prone cosmopolitans.

| Balidar Sky TowersThe Balidar have always had an affinity for climbing, acrobatics, and anything related to athletics. It stems from their primitive biology. As time went on, and the species advanced, they began constructing massive cities to live and conduct business. However, in homage to their biological physiques, the creatures did something exotic to their city structures. They constructed them upward instead of horizontally, raising towering skyscrapers that looked over even the highest mountains. These unique structures are hollowed out in the center, with living quarters, offices, and any other important facilities littering both the top and sides. This gives room for climbing pillars, obstacle bars, and swinging handles in the center that allow the species to indulge in their natural athletic instincts. From basic city workers to award winning scientists, all Balidar take pride in their Sky Towers. It has even been the foundation for their race's motto, "Always Rise to the Top". While these buildings might seem faulty, it also caters to their cultural organization. Only the mightiest are able to be on the highest of floors, symbolizing the strength it takes to make it to the top of these great structures. So while important elected officials are at the crown of these Sky Towers, lowly commoners remain at the bottom regions. It is only recently that floating elevators and stairwells were put in place for some of the newer Sky Towers. A request by visiting Altarian and Novacons which was honored due to the debt the Balidar owe them. | |

| Novacon War ClansNo other race in the Hexisan Galaxy loves war more than the Novacons. The massive population of a few trillion are split into hundreds of different clans who all have roots to the original families of Traydicreene. While their infighting was limited to the enormous planet for the first part of their history, eventually, the Novacons took to space. This would open up a new chapter in Novacon warfare. Soon, the clans began traveling to new globes, laying claim in order to harvest untapped resources. But with claims, come disputes. Soon, the old clans were back to fighting, now at galactic scales. While these family conflicts slaughtered millions, it also lead to the great expansion of upper Hexisan. This fighting stopped though, once the Novacons met the Altarians, and the two had their great war. Afterwards, for the first time, the Novacons were subservient to someone else. They began to follow new rules about fighting, murder, and destruction. While their blood always flowed with a thirst for battle, they harnessed this drive into more productive means. Soon, they were the spearhead for exploring hostile planets, and putting down vicious territorial aliens (both intelligent and non-intelligent). However, once all of Hexisan was colonized, there was very little conflict left for the Novacons to focus on. However, after Novacons left Altarian rule, and were once more considered an independent race, they were allowed to openly fight with one another, so long as it followed the strict rules of clan war. The clans once more were able to fight within their own system, and began to take great pride in their large scale space battles. While weaker families tended to participate in small fighter skirmishes or land clashes, the mightiest of the clans put their fleets of Dreadnoughts against one another in order to answer disputes. So, while the Novacons still hold the largest population count within Hexisan, and have an abundance of war tools, their traditional warfare limits the race to what they will and will not do to help Hexisan's empire. While the Altarians push peace and prosperity within their half of the Star Metropolis, the Novacons have once again ignited their bitter clan wars. These "Honor Disputes" have started to escalade more over the last half century, and are becoming increasingly larger in scale. That's because two of the major clans, The Inharioks (Computer Technology tradesmen) and Gothina (Weapons makers) have campaigned for smaller clans to join them over a war for territory. While no major battles have taken place as of yet, there have been multiple skirmishes which have lead to serious tensions among clans. Each side has chosen wisely, looking for the strongest warriors, wealthiest leaders, and most skilled tradesmen to round their ranks out. The following chart is a list of the bannermen who have joined each clan's efforts, as well as their profession, and estimated number of warriors (includes soldiers, pilots, and weaponry personal). INHARIOKS (Computer Technology Tradesmen): 150,000 Warriors Aperloffs (Cybernetic Manufacturers) 30,000 Warriors Dolerai (Commerical Complex Builders) 30,000 Warriors Rojjon (Agricultural Farmers) 10,000 Warriors Sartical (Interstellar Engine Manufacturers) 10,000 Warriors Yarkfee (Food Distributors) 5,000 Warriors Zequari (Miners) 5,000 Warriors Total: 230, 000 Warriors Major Strengths: Overall Numbers, Finances, Larger Space Force, Technology
Gothina (Weapons Makers): 95,000 Warriors Iyo (Armor Producers): 35,000 Warriors Naifream (Jewel Traders) 5,000 Warriors Whal (Mechanics) 5,000 Warriors Xenofey (Smart Weapon Smiths) 3,000 Warriors Total: 143,000 Warriors Major Strengths: Larger Ground Force, Better Equipped Ground Force, Currently hold the most fought over planet of Wisant

| Subject: Aether: The Mystical Order of the Kalihakari Mon Apr 14, 2014 5:02 pm | |
| The Mystical Order of the KalihakariLong ago, so long that ancient seems as if it was just a short time ago, there was an order of Altarian psionic warriors who came to a conclusion that there is no greater corrupting force than that which comes with power. Each of these great psions had faced their own great struggles in order to come to this conclusion, witnessing death and destruction. So, as to help keep others from suffering the same great fate, these great Altarians built a magnificent temple which they used to help protect the people of Aether from evil, death and destruction. The organization would come to be known as The Mystical Order of the Kalihakari. There were no costs spared to organize this order, which would go down in Altarian history as the greatest organization of all time. There was psi-tech so advanced that it could see neighboring galaxies, psionic abilities so inventive that they were rumored to be able to move the heavens, and members so strong that they could bring down the existence of Aether within a blink of an eye. Though no one would ever have to worry of this order ever causing such harm, as each member had sworn an oath to obey the Kalihakari code, a code that not only kept members trustworthy, but opened their minds up to new abilities and powers. Along with their new psionic disciplines, members of the order traveled throughout the galaxy, establishing fine moral foundations by adhering to their code in order to preserve their ancient race. THE CODE
- We are the protectors of peace.
We use our psionic abilites to protect, never to harm or manipulate. We respect all life, in any form and serve others, rather than rule over them, for the good of the galaxy. We seek to improve ourselves through knowledge and training. We aid the meager and guide the blind We look to always use the most peaceful method to solving any problem We are kind and welcoming to all We would rather die than to break our code
However, as the Kalihakari would say, "All that is must be undone." After more than one-thousand years of existence, the order slowly fell apart due to space exploration, government changes and lack of funding. Slowly, the last of the order died off, leaving the great history and temple of the Kalihakari to be forgotten. Even today, though there is mention of the Kalihakri in historical documentation, they have become more of myth than fact. Yet rumors persist that their great secrets are still hidden within the temple walls of their lost order, waiting for someone to uncover them and bring them back to life within Hexisan society.
