| Mulgrin Ushali’ Mulgrin Ushali’ is the very bold Rasari rebel who lives on their home planet of Neenad. Mulgrin is called the King of Cloaks, as he runs the Rasari shadow network which works to defy and uncover the truths that the Neenad government has been withholding from their people. Mulgrin started off as just a street urchin, running small jobs for some of the more underhanded organizations on the planet. As he worked his way up however, he befriended the leader of the underworld (being the leader’s favorite thief) and soon was second in charge within the outfit. Though as fortunate as it may seem, soon the leader was murdered, and Mulgrin inherited the organization. Though he wished nothing more than to give the title of ruler to someone else, Mulgrin begrudgingly accepted his responsibilities and vowed to make the criminal empire something it had never been before, “Just”. He began by uniting the schools and families together, making one large criminal syndicate. He also established rules that protected the innocent from being harmed during criminal activity, a decree that gained him credibility throughout the network. As time went on, Mulgrin began outsourcing information to other criminal organizations within the Hexisan government and soon he had intergalactic support for his illegal businesses. As time went on and Neenad governments began to search for Mulgrin, he started a system that allowed him to work from his hiding placing by using his most trusted associates, high end technology and psions. Before long, Mulgrin not only had one of the largest planet based crime organizations, but one of the most respectable. He began using his resources to infiltrate the Neenad government in an attempt to find out their most hidden secrets. While some say he found out nothing more than the typical corruption expected of politicians, others vow that he has uncovered a plot deeper than Neenad’s largest ocean. While a sizable bounty has now been put on Ushali’s head by the Neenad government, so has a reward for anyone who can put them in contact with Mulgrin in order to finally expose the truth which the authorities have been keeping from their people. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Farvault IyoFarvault Iyo, or simply Farvault, is said to be one of the mightiest Novacon Warriors in the Hexisan Galaxy. He began his career as a simple noble, rose to greatness, then gave it all up to pursue enlightenment. His rise began when the Iyo Clan (a family of warrior-armor producers) began warring with the feared Kamyo Clan (a family of warrior-gas miners) for rites over disputed land. Farvault, a skilled bladesman and gunner, grabbed the attention of his clan during their victory because of the number of Kamyo he’d vanquished. This made Farvault a prime candidate for fighting in commencement duels, a one-on-one melee contest between rival Novacon clans before their great battles. Though Farvault was relatively average in stature for a Novacon, he continued to out best opponents in commencement duels; even gaining prestige among the Kamyo. Once the Iyo were victorious in their war, Farvault was given the privilege of protecting their clan master by joining the Honor Guard, a duty he took very seriously. He used his rank to hire the best melee and shooting experts amongst the clans, furthering his martial skills. Within that time he was also declared his clan master’s personal champion, fighting other clan duelists for honor. At first, the glory of it all blinded Farvault, but as time went on, he no longer found being a guardian or battle-hero satisfying. He requested to leave as a guardian, a request his master pretended to accept, but secretly despised. The clan master spent abundant amounts of resources for assassins to vindicate what the ruler looked at as being slighted. Unfortunately, every sellsword the he sent was bested by Farvault until finally, the ex-champion returned to the clan master to end the tie that bind them. After slaying his own master, Farvault was deemed a traitor, though no one was foolish enough to come after the warrior to claim vengeance. Farvault meanwhile traveled across Hexisan, meeting with some of the greatest philosophers and truth-seekers in order to find piece of mind. Though they proposed their thoughts, nothing seemed to agree with Farvault’s wishes, and soon the warrior found himself wandering for his own answers. That is until word came through that a Terran organization within the Milky Way galaxy was also seeking for answers. The House of Veneration believed that a true creator existed, a being who knew all that took place within existence. Intrigued, Farvault decided to seek out these answer seekers in hopes to help them get their answers. He inquired about and met with a small band which were permitted to explore Hexisan for their answers, and offered himself as a personal guide. Though he hesitates to fully accept this faith’s idea, he hopes that they can find the proof they need so he can personally question this one all powerful god on the meaning of Farvault’s existence. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Deyasha “The Red Specter” Coo-HinyaDeyasha “The Red Specter” Coo-Hinya is a legendary shadow-pilot who has been avoiding Hexisan authorities for over 90 years. She started her illustrious career as nothing more than an innocent Altarian copilot for a transport faction who’d been convoying psi-crystals to-and-from planets. However, when she was set up by her captain to take the fall for his illegal smuggling business, Deyasha took matter into her own hands. After battling and exterminating her treacherous captain, Deyasha won over his criminal crew. Afterwards, she tried to speak with the Hexisan authorities, but they would not buy her plea of innocence and ordered she turn herself in. Unwilling to give herself up, Deyasha used the stolen psi-technology that her captain had been selling to upgrade their ship, using a captive psi-engineer to make the vehicle nearly untraceable. Yet, with no place to go and funds running low, Deyasha finally decided to become the outlaw the government had already painted her to be. She began accepting jobs that transported illegal goods, rescuing Hexisan prisoners, and any other work most people were too wary to accept. Before long, Deyasha had not only made a reputation for herself as a talented desperado, but even earned the nickname of “The Red Spectre", for her ability to slip past Hexisan law or fight to the bloody end trying. While it takes the right people to get a hold of her, if you can and have the funds, Deyasha will make anything you might need come true.

| BelgarathThe great Belgarath, oldest of the Altarian Elders, and most powerful psion in the known galaxies. The one-thousand year old psion has witnessed the discovery of eight new intelligent species, the creation of the Hexisan Union and the development of two separate galaxies within his time. He has also single handedly defeated Komath’ia the psychic overlord, peacefully negotiated terms with the sinister Canthion dynasty, and organized the great Council whose responsible for making the most difficult decisions of Hexisan. Yet for all that he has seen, Belgarath still believes that his greatest undertaking is still yet to come. Because for the last fifty years Belgarath has been trying to devise a way to keep the Hexisan Union safe from the most serious of threats, be they natural or other worldly. Unfortunately, due to recent troubles, this project has been on hold ever since the holdout of the Altarian Ancients (those who hold court for the Altarian people within the Hexisan Council). While it’s unclear exactly what has happened, three out of the four Ancients have either gone missing or refused to leave their homes, including Belgareth. While some speculate his absence is due to him finally perfecting his great protect, others feel that Belgarath is in hiding for much darker reasons, ones unknown to all except the most talented psions. Yet, as frightening as it all may be to the Hexisan people, the council still operates without their oldest Ancient, hoping that Belgarath will come back soon in order to give his great insight on the many matters at hand. | |

| AdjudicatorThe Adjudicator is a Novacon legend who is available for service in order to make amends for any wrongs that have been committed to someone’s honor. He (or she, no one is quite sure) can only be hired by other Novacons, and seeks out those who the Adjudicator thinks are worthy of his/her time. The Adjudicator does not accept missions from those who search for him/her nor does he/she work free of charge (though the compensation is always abnormal and based off of what the person can offer). Once the Adjudicator approaches someone to offer his/her assistance, and they accept, the Adjudicator will then immediately begin the quest, and not stop until the assignment is complete. This undertaking does not necessarily have to be just, only honor driven, and should always help the employer regain face in someway. Some of the Adjudicator’s past missions have included slaying the lover of an disloyal wife with payment of the husband’s eye, assassinating an opponent who cheated during a non-lethal duel in return for the hirer’s clan armor, or killing a rival businessman with promise that the payer would walk away from the trade. Though quite mysterious, it is always considered a great honor to be picked by the Adjudicator and questionable to turn away his/her offer. | |

| Narakis Narakis (Nar-Ack-Kiss) is an Athioc traveler who rents out his service as an armed guide to those who can afford him. Narakis was once part of the Hexisan Union’s military forces, but resigned after ten years of service to explore new avenues. He used his savings to buy himself a small space vessel, and began flying groups of architects, explorers, and researchers into hostile territories. Narakis is very serious about preparing for the worse, and studies his assignments with serious consideration. He only takes work that he feels he can accomplish, and makes sure to charge an appropriate cost equal to the level of danger involved. Narakis is of average height for an Athioc, but very brawny. Unlike many Athiocs, Narakis has never learned to move on from the atrocities that his people underwent from the Balidar so many years ago. Narakis generally refuses to work with Balidar, and even when he does, he shows them the most tremendous disdain. He tends to use his psionic ability, Combat Precognition, to accomplish amazing feats during time of crisis. | |

| Magnate Oreyu' Inhariok Magnate Oreyu’ Inhariok, is the ruler of the Inhariok clan, and head of the Inhariok Coalition. He is also known as Inhariok the Conquerer. He is the fifteenth generation of Inhariok rulers, and has lead his people to become one of the wealthiest clans the Novacon history. His technology production has helped make his military branch one of the most feared, and his governing has made his lands some of the most prosperous. However, unlike his father, Magnate Inhariok does not wish to continue an era of peace. Instead, he has instigated an old rivalry between his clan and the ancient Gothina clan. This war began after the Gothina refused to leave their long held planet of Thezergoug. The small planet was gifted to the Gothina by the Inharioks nearly a century ago as a peace offering. Now though, this contribution is disputed as a “short-term donation”, that was always meant to be returned to the Inhariok clan. When the Gothina refused to give back the territory, a call to arms was given by both sides’ bannermen. The result, a massive assembly of allies on both sides, and a cold war that will surely amount to more. Magnate Inhariok is well known for his public appearances as a great speaker. While the Magnate is said to be formidable in battle, it is his calculated and cold decision making on the front that makes him a great leader. His plans are quickly supported by back up strategies which make him nearly unbeatable in war. Such is the reason why even the mightiest of Gothina soldiers fear Magnate Inhariok, as his cruelty is renown.

| Magnate Utar GothinaAt one time Magnate Gothina was a great and mighty warrior. He would personally take to the field, dueling other leaders in hopes to end clan feuds before they even started. But that was a long time ago. Magnate Utar Gothina is now in the autumn of his years, with ailments and feedback from his long affair with cybernetics. Before the Magnate is laid to rest though, he has sworn to end the recent Honor Battles, stopping his long time rival family, the Inharioks, so they can never challenge the Gothina name again. He has called to his bannermen in order to protect their prized possession, Thezergoug. The crystal rich soils were given to the Gothina clan years ago as a peace offering from the Inhariok people, but the claim of ownership has now been disputed. While Magnate Utar knows that his forces are outnumbered and outfunded, he feels that the prowess of his warriors as well as defensive position he holds will help him overcome the odds. Magnate Gothina's son, Deltar Gothina, is next to inherit the throne after his father's passing. Deltar is his head military leader during the latest conflict, leading the charge much as his father did decades ago. Magnate Gothina's daughter, Delissa Gothina, is his only other heir. Magnate Gothina hopes to survive the war so that he can marry her off to another clan, one worthy of the unification and blood treaty between families. | |

| Delissa GothinaDelissa Gothina is the daughter of Magnate Gothina, head of the powerful Gothina clan. Due to her position, she can not be considered for a warrior rank, but this has not stopped her from training. Delissa, much like her father and brother, is a vicious fighter and is a master marksman with long ranged plasma weaponry. Delissa can often be found at her father's side in the palace, caring for him in his declining state. She reluctantly awaits for her father to decide which clan he will choose from in order for her to become betrothed. While she doesn't wish to become any Novacon's wife, she understands it is a necessary ceremony in order to preserve the bond between clans. For it is the laws of the honor bound that her husband is to inherit the rank of Magnate should both her father and brother die. This has made her father's decision a very important affair. Delissa is also a very talented medical hand, and takes lessons from clan physician when not aiding to Magnate Gothina. She is talented enough to both install and repair cybernetics, as well as treat serious battle wounds. She is expected to finish at the Gothina medical academy by early next year. | |

| Union Seat Holder Cavistaun (DEAD) Cavistaun is the youngest of the Altarian Hexisan Union members, and the only one actively acting as a representative. He is a native of Luxacrin, capital city of Aether. For years Cayistaun trained under his colleague Belgarath, but at the time it was only for advanced psionic training. Once he left for his higher education, Cavistaun decided to delve into politics, becoming a minor ambassador to Hexisan by the time he was two-hundred-and-fifty years old. It was during this time that he met his partner, and the two gave birth to their only son. Unfortunately, during a basic trek not but ten years later, both his child and partner were killed due to a vehicle malfunction. Cavistaun was traumatized, and left his line of work, vowing to never return. But his old mentor had different plans. When an open seat became available for the Elders, Balgarath went out of his way to both groom and sponsor Cavistaun. After fifty years of training, Cavistaun was sworn in, and took the place of the temporary substitute who was holding his position. Since then, Cavistaun has been an upstanding Hexisan Union representative, and has helped pass several initiatives to quell the tension between Canthions and the rest of society. Cavistaun is the only active representative for the Altarians amongst the Hexisan Union. Though the elder is nearly nine-hundred years old, he is the youngest of the Altarian Council Members. For most of Cavistaun's tenure, he has been considered more of a "yes-man," agreeing with the other Elders on most matters. Now though, the Altarian elder has begun to find his own voice, and sides with much of the Novacon legislation. He has become very close with several of the Novacon council members, and has earned honorary status within Novacon domain. Contrarily, Cavistaun is known as the "Fish Monger," shooting down most of the Rasari's legislation and voting against most Rasari requests. Since the disappearance and leave of absence of his Altarian colleagues, Cavistaun has suddenly become contradicting of his normal behavior, openly speaking out about discriminations against Canthions, requesting that Balidar once more be able to make decisions for Athiocs, and demanding that un-budgeted credits be spent on the eradication of Kaynar and Doom Squid. Though none of his heavy handed requests have been passed through Hexisan Council Legislation, they have sparked heavy debate, even creating protest and riots in some major cities. Though Cavistaun claims that his recently found voice is due to a need to represent the Altarian voice after his counterparts have gone missing, some suspect that he is getting outside advise from other sources.

| Union Seat Holder Athollo BhaoggtAthollo Bhaggt is the Alpha Male of the "Pack"-the Balidar representatives for the Hexisan Union. He is a ruthless business orientated representative, who wants nothing more than to strengthen his home planet of Krilion. Unlike previous Balidar representatives, Athollo has slightly removed himself from Novacon alliances (but not completely), especially since the start of their Honor Battles. Instead, he looks to empower the Balidar people, making them their own independent race, free from the Novacon crutch they are so accustomed to. Athollo is also a fierce advocate of keeping the Athioc race (other Krilion species) politically at bay. He feels that the Athioc's free spirited and untamable nature makes them unruly and extremely difficult to govern. Such a stance has made him unpopular with the Athiocs as of late, forcing Athollo to constantly have both his sentinel and other security forces with him at all times. Several assassination plots have already been thwarted before they could be attempted, but more are sure to follow. Athollo is a bit of a bully with the pack. Though he is not the oldest member, he is the most strong willed. This can sometimes lead to controversial displays of dominance on the Hexisan Union floor, especially with his racial colleagues. Nonetheless, his well thought out plans and impressive oratory skills have made him a formidable leader of the Hexisan Union and its future direction.

| Barhewl Grastern Barhewl is a former officer-in-training who washed out of the Krilion military academy due to stress, only to start his own mercenary guild. Barhewl was forced into the academy when he was a child, even though he tested poorly on the academic trials. He continued to struggle until finally, when he was fifteen, Barhewl had a breakdown. He was sent to psionic physicians for medical healing, and was told that he would continue to have to visit if he did not resign from the academy. Grastern quickly stepped down shortly after. His father was furious and quickly made Barhewl's younger brother the new beta-male within the family pack. This only further infuriated Barhewl, and soon after, he left Krilion and adventured off to the Novacon planet of Traydicreene. There he worked as a minor laborer, rubbing elbows with the other Novacon peasants. However, after a short while of working on the Might Chasers home globe, Barhewl grabbed the attention of Hosikaran Naifream, a clan leader of the jewelry trading Naifream clan. Hosikaran took him in as a personal servant, and used the Balidar as a personal sparring partner. He found that Grastern was a formidable strategist, and soon began sharing tactical secrets with the servant. For years the two strengthened their relationship, until Hosikaran was called to assist in clan disputes. Hosikaran was unable to take the Balidar with him, but as a gift, he rewarded Barhewl with a sizable severance payment. Barhewl took the Hexisan credits, along with his newly attained skills, and put them to good use. He returned to Krilion where he started the Argent Guardians, a mercenary guild who hires themselves out for any legal ventures. In his ten years of owning the guild, Barhewl has earned nearly three hundred members, mostly Balidar, who like Barhewl, have lost position within their pack. He still has close ties with the Naifream clan, as well as with Hosikaran. | |

| Crowlin Caster Crowlin Caster is a Balidar middleman who can find anything in the Hexisan underworld for a price. He started out as an orphaned whelp, abandoned by his family and left for dead. Like many Krilion orphans, it wasn't long before he found himself involved in a local gang, and shortly after, organized crime. However, unlike many of his associates, Crowlin was very clever, even if he wasn't formally educated. He began to come up with personal schemes and plots for profit, gaining the attention of superiors within a very short time. Soon, he was being used as a plot-man, coming up with new swindling methods in order for his employer to further prosper. However, it wasn't long before Crowlin realized that the organization was leaching off of his plans. So, in an act to break apart from the exchange, he used what contacts he'd made, and what money he had saved up in order to get his personal business going. Before long, everyone who needed to get their hands on something from the black market was looking for Crowlin. But all wasn't good for Crowlin. Soon the syndicate came looking for the Balidar, and before long, he was on the run. He liquidated what property he had and took off for the cosmos. Using his resourcefulness, he continued his business, making a name for himself on the home planets of the Altarians, Novacons, and multiple independent planets. Before long, Crowlin was creating a black market network for all of Hexisan. Now, Crowlin once again is the person to look for when you need to buy a certain item or hire a certain person. Though he still has enemies with the Krilion syndicate, he's come a long way since being a plot-man long ago. | |

| Master Ardine Woroesis Master Ardie Woroesis is a professional Balidar researcher and leading mind in psionic outcomes. For the last fifteen years, Master Ardine has studied the increase in psionic pollution (psi-fields, psi-fog, etc.) and what outcome it has on the Hexisan galaxy. Within his short time, he has learned that the bioproduct of psionics may be more impacting than previously thought. Psionics, when used heavily, creates a residue in its atmosphere, which over time can be seen with the naked eye. If left alone, this bi-product dissipates if there in no further psionic activity within the area. However, if further psionics are used, such as in psionically active areas such as the Altarian planet of Aether, the pollutant further expands until leaving the planet. Once it leaves the planet, this glowing, misty pollutant effects stars, gases, and meteor fields, causing them to act erratically. It also attracts unwanted space life such as Kaynar and Doom Squid. While Master Ardine continues to work on a way to clean up the pollutant, he has little to no support from psionic communities due to the amount of change some of his solutions may call for. His research has become so controversial in fact, that he has received death threats from certain unruly psions who refuse to believe that his methods are sound or logical. | |

| Hosikaran NaifreamHosikaran Naifream is the clan leader of the Naifream clan of Traydicreene and loyal bannerman to the Gothina clan. He inherited the clan after the early death of his father, Kinkirows Naifream. Hosikaran is very lenient in his rulership and leads with open mindedness. He does not oppress his commoners, he cares for his craftsmen, and is fond of employeeing other races such as the Balidar working as his laborers. This is not to say that Hosikaran is weak or neglectful of his clan duties. Hosikaran has gone out of his way to hire the best merchants in order to help his people prosper. He also taxes his clan more than any other master. However, unlike many other profiteers, anything that Hosikaran receives, he tries to put back into his community. Recent census show that the Naifream people have the highest quality of life of any Traydicreene clan, promoting loyalty amongst the Novacons who serve him. Hosikaran is also a talented marksman with his customized Hexisan Plasma Cannon. He specializes in hammering down enemies with his large field gun, blasting dozens at a time with the improved launcher. Hosikaran also has a set of micro-jet packs which allow him to bound upwards at amazing heights (firing down death all the while) before landing safely back on the ground. This combination makes the clan leader very dangerous in combat, and a major award if an enemy warrior who can claim his head. | |

| Oubol (Owe-Bowl)Oubol is an Elashani explorer who has been studying the immense Sinistorik Black Hole sitting just outside the Hexisan galaxy. This massive black hole has been dragged into the Hexisan galaxy by unknown means, and is slowly gaining more mass. The Event Horizon, a boundary in spacetime through which matter and light can only pass inward towards the mass of the black hole, has a pull unlike many others, and has already consumed several different solar systems (luckily without life). Oubol theorizes that the Sinistorik Black Hole is an alien black hole that came into Hexisan after unknown cosmic powers from within the galaxy inadvertently drew it in. While no one is sure what these powerful events could have been that dragged Sinistorik into Hexisan’s environment, Oubol theorizes that it was quite potent. Examples of what this might have been include portals, massive foreign suns that someone transported into the Hexisan galaxy, or serious tugs from the fabrics of time (all fringe sciences).Oubol estimates that it will only be 25.3 million years before the Sinistorik black hole starts devouring important landmarks, and only another 73.2 million years before it, and Hexisan’s center black hole, meet in what would be a theoretically cataclysmic event. | |

| Rauntabol (Ron-Ta-Bowl) Not all Elashani are curious and innocent. Rauntabol is the leader of the Plerumnite Wraith Resistance, a group of Elashani who believe that their entrance into the Hexisan Union was exploited, and now the precious gases on Plerumn are being stolen by Hexisan Psi-tech engineers in order to fuel some of their more advanced projects. Rauntabol and his clan of nearly a hundred have been using underground networks in order to help thwart Hexisan Union initiatives including the "Doom Squid Project" (the seeking and eradication of all Doom Squid), the Novacon Clan treaty, and the Athioc civil act. Though they lack funding, this terrorist cell has been very difficult to exterminate, as their mechanical shells and capable psions have blocked their bases of operations from even the most powerful Hexisan psions. | Mayraukis (May-Rock-Iss) Mayraukis is the deadly leader of the Canthion Psi-Tempests. He answers only to the Grand Emperor of Tevicar. He and his special unit are constantly roaming Hexisan space ways within their fleet of Organic Travelers, doing the Emperor’s bidding as he sees fit. Mayraukis is a talented psion, warrior, and pilot. He’s recently taken out his entire navy off of Tevicar for reasons unknown. Intelligence reports that he’s coasted along the Planet Graveyard, but no one is sure why. Though they have broken no legal procedures, Hexisan military has kept an observant eye on the Psi-Tempests, though they dare not get close enough to the Planet Graveyard’s orbit in order to keep the Canthion’s at close range. This only adds to Hexisan officials’ apprehension. | |

| Grunella (Groo-Nell-A)Grunella is an Athioc thief and dealer of psi-crystals. She's said to have stolen over ten-million Hexisan credits worth of crystals from specialty stores, military vaults and people of importance. Who she sells these psi-crystals to is still a mystery, though its clear she is making a lucrative living off of her craft. Though she has been hunted down, cornered and left for dead by authorities, the many psi-crystals that she has at her disposal has allowed her to escape certain doom more than once. Grunella has been spotted with a small crew at times, but also is known to be alone in certain parts of the galaxy. She rarely goes out in public without some sort of disguise and is believed to be using some type of psi-crystal in order to cast a veil over her true visage. Grunella is rumored to also hate Ballidar and never makes deals with the race. She's said to be very fond of her pet Greuicash, a lizard like creature with wings.

| Nesijei (Ness-E-jay)Nesijei is a clanless Novacon who travels near The Waste in Hexisan. For years, she traveled with her father, the great warrior Toboshin (Tow-bow-Shin), until his sudden death. Before that time, Nesijei learned the famed techniques of Toboshin, and in someways is said to be more martially able than her father ever was. Unfortunately, during the Covotis Solstice, Nesijei witnessed her father's death. In what was suppose to be an honor-duel against the rutheless challenger, Kayshail (K-Shall), Nesijei watched as Toboshin was ruthlessly mobbed by Kayshail's companions. She fled temporarily, and for years plotted her revenge while training rigorously. Then, nearly ten years later, Nesijei finally unhatched her plan. She hunted down the ruthless killer, Kayshail, in the independent territory of Soto. After slaying his friends, Nesijei found Kayshail, and after defeating him in combat, took him with her to a disclosed location where she tortured her enemy for nearly three years with toxic molds and freezing techniques. When she was finished, all signs of Kayshail were completely gone, down to the smallest cells (no one is certain how). Now Nesijei travels around the Soto area, selling her martial skills and knowledge of The Waste to the highest bidder. She is forward, sometimes overly blunt, but honest. Though her clan has died off long ago, she wears her father's honor armor, and uses a plasma pistol and heavy spear combination to fight, attacking foes from a distance with ease while impaling those brave enough to challenge her face-to-face.

| Zjei-Sha' (Jee-Shaw)Zjei-Sha is political representative for the Athiocs in Krilon. While he considers himself an unelected diplomat, in actuality, Zjei-Sha' was forced to compete and campaign against several other delegates as the voice of the Athioc people. Though he preaches equality, Athioc representation in the Hexisan Union, and settled territories on Krilon, not everyone is so sure of Zjei-Sha's actual motives. The racial leader has been caught attempting to barter deals with Hexisan leaders several times, promising to quell the growing tensions between Athiocs and Balidar on Krilon, in return for a seat in the Hexisan Union. Though all of his attempts have failed, Zjei-Sha' has continued to hold the support of his people due to his charm and inspiring speeches. While no one is sure what he truly wants, many are positive that whatever his desires, Zeji-Sha' will stop at nothing to attain them. | |

| Engeio (N-G-O')Engeio is a Canthion defective who left his home planet of Tevicar after he was stripped of his rank within the Psi-Tempests. Since few Canthions ever socialize with outsiders, it is difficult to say what his actual reasons for leaving are, but it rumored to be linked with the death of Comagret (Cowe-Ma-Grit). Comagret was the leader of the Psi-Tempests before his mysterious and unexplained disappearance. It is said that Engeio, one of Comagret's supporters, witnessed his leader's murder, and fled the scene before he was forced to join his master. Engeio is now believed to be working with the Hexisan Government, though anyone who attempts to research his whereabouts via technology or psionics, is unable to place any truth to this rumor. While some speculate that Engeio's existence is a rumor, others theorize that the Canthion has purposely been hidden for protection. Though the Hexisan Council has been able to negotiate a temporary truce with the Canthions, the stability of this agreement is rocky at best, and the intelligence that Engeio may be able to provide could be vital for future endeavors. | |

| Jocinda (J-Oh-Sin-Duh)Jocinda is a psion master, exotic alien, and queen of "The Broken", a refugee community in The Waste who worship the exotic female alien as their goddess. Jocinda has used her abilities to sway the emotions of thousands, using her following in order to accomplish her many goals, many terrible, but yet still....some good. It is said to meet Jocinda is to surrender your life to her will, as anyone who seeks her out never returns. With her army of loyal followers she has taken over several towns, killing hundreds and manipulating thousands to join her army of devoted. Some say that even the great Balgarath has attempted to avoid dealing with the likes of her for fear that she may be able to penetrate his mental strength and charm the great leader to bend to her will. Though she controls the passion and desire of her people, it is said that she is cruel and calculated- like ice masquerading as fire. And although her eerie influences spreads, Jocinda insists on keeping her domain with the safety of The Waste. Yet, for all that she may do to harm the Hexisan Galaxy, the Dark Queen is said to also do some good for the Hexisan Galaxy. It is rumored that the dark queen has made alliances with both Star Caller, and others who make it their goal to protect the galaxy. It is whispered that those that Jocinda truly respects are even allowed to use her coveted worm hole, a gateway that leads to several faraway locations within the Hexisan Galaxy. So, while Jocinda's reputation often proceeds her as a tyrant and psion-slaver, some still insist that Jocinda's true motives are in fact to keep the galaxies from imploding upon themselves. | |

| Malodash (DEAD)Malodash is one of the four Altarian Elders who represent his people in the Hexisan Council. He is the second oldest member, beneath Balgarath, and is considered extremely intelligent, powerful and resourceful. While his many centuries of service have always been in the name of the Altarian people, the recent disappearance of his ally Balgarath has left Malodash in a bereft state. For months the elder mourned, taking an extended leave of absence. That is until his reemergence just a short time ago. Malodash has been spotted with a small band of his own personal military, forces armed in armor of white, attacking Hexisan Union ships. Terrifyingly, these attacks have been accompanied by packs of Doom Squid. To further exacerbate the situation, it is said by survivors that Malodash has also been using decayed ships filled with Kaynar in order to attack secluded cities and exploration ships. These tactics have swelled Kaynar numbers, creating several hives within the Hexisan galaxy. No one is sure why Malodash's recent acts of terror upon the Hexisan Council have commenced, but what is known is that the Hexisan Council has halted all other activity and voting until they can fully debate the very dangerous circumstances at hand. While citizens are unsure why the Council would not take immediate action, some argue that nothing within the Hexisan Council moves speedily or with decisiveness since the disappearance of Balgarath. | |
