Aden Macer, aka “The Raven”, is a defector of the T.A.F. military and main suspect in the murder of his own wife. Aden was a highly intelligent young mind as a child, taking advanced college courses as early as eleven years old. Near the time of puberty, Aden realized that he also had other talents, ones deemed paranormal by Milky Way society. Though these numerous abilities served Aden in times of peril, he continued to feel ashamed by them and would for decades to come, until Terrans finally accepted Psionics as a natural phenomenon.

Then at eighteen, Aden was accepted into Cambridge University, and began studying galactic physics. He received a doctrine with honors eight years later, but in an act that would surprise friends and colleagues alike, he decided to enlist in the T.A.F. military instead of working as scientist for the many suitors who wished him on their staff. For the next ten years, Aden served in the mobile infantry before advancing into the Ice Hounds Special Forces program. There, he involved himself in some of the most deadly operations and was considered a top mind in the field of strategics. So much so that late in 2522, he received a distinguished level of command over the Ice Hounds and helped lead them into the many campaigns they currently still involve themselves in. However, in late of 2523, Aden received word that the department of P.I.K.E. (A psionic program lead by the T.A.F.) , was interested in his talents, and he decided to step down from his command in order to pursue these psychic endeavors.

Once at P.I.K.E., Aden began developing his gifts, and before long was one of the strongest psions in the program. He was dubbed “The Raven” for his macabre sense of humor, mysterious past, and haunting long black hair. As much as he still felt like an outsider, Aden finally began to open up to other psions, making friends throughout the department. It was at this time that he met Serena Carmichael, a fellow psychic, and their love affair began. The two started courting until 2524 AD, when they decided to exchange vows. At first, the relationship was blissful, but as time went on, the fighting began.

For Aden had been hiding a secret from Serena, one that would arguably destroy their marriage. He had been conducting secret operations with T.A.F. leaders, using his abilities to sabotage any enemies they might have. The act was declared unforgivable by Serena, and the two began talking about divorce. Only, before any paperwork could be processed, Serena was found dead and Aden appeared to have fled. Abandoning his position, he disappeared into the cosmos, where he hides until this day.

Olnar Bramer is a Protega native. He was born into piracy, and is most likely the bastard child of a traveling pirate. His mother, a saloon staff member, tried to raise Olnar in their squaller, but could not keep him out of trouble. Olnar dropped out of Prometheus education programs, and began working early on in the S.S. Victory, a smuggling ship that transported stolen agriculture. However, once Olnar’s Captain passed due to a theft gone wrong, Olnar took over and instead, began investing in slave transport. He now works with slavers from the Protega, Hades, and Phaya systems, selling cheap labor for capital.

Olnar also specializes in combat slaves, usually Naga or Ullitors, that he trains on the side. These battle slaves must be from good stock or have previous training for Olnar to consider them, but once he does, he puts them through vigorous preparation on his camps in Protega. Most of these slaves are sold for gladiatorial affairs or sporting events, though a few are kept as personal body guards. Olnar has no loyalty to these men and women, and treats them like inanimate objects. When not slaving, Olnar likes to study astrography, though he’s only mostly interested in fantasizing about planets he’d someday love to visit.

Samuel Winters is a former upper manager for Prometheus’s foreign planet development that left the company after being exposed by other colleagues as a traitor. At one time, Samuel was the head of Protega’s future endeavors, but quickly began working with nearby pirates, helping them take over not just the planet, but the entire Protega System. While Winters maintains that he had no other choice, and was being threatened, his assistance in corrupting Protega ultimately lead to the destruction of it’s Corporate Government.

Winters has learned to embrace his infamy, and put his good business drive to use as an information broker, introductory man, and black market trader. He’s built a small empire and is looked at as an unofficial political power within the planet of Protega. He often will meet during major decisions for the planet, including defensive strategizing, government position hiring, and fiscal ventures. His sizable donations to Protega’s leadership have earned him influence over the direction of Protega. He’s often consulted for matters involving both Prometheus regulations and Terran Alliance bylaws.  He is wanted dead or alive, and most of the capital being put up for his bounty is directly contributed by Prometheus Enterprises.

Odaro Zakzeer is a Solin native of Gliese, and an able bodied “Energy” psion (Channel Energy). There was nothing particularly special about Odaro during his childhood. He lived in low income housing, attended public school, and didn’t play any sports. However, once Odaro reached puberty, his abilites awoke and he was considered highly dangerous. Frightened, his parents looked for outside help. That’s when a private bodyguard firm known as Manticore purchased the rites to Odaro. They trained the young Solin to master his Channel Energy abilites, while tutoring him in additional combat proficiencies. Soon Odaro was a capable protector, and was being rented out by the highest bidder. He was leased by the affluent Julian Heathcliff Montgomery III and equipped with the latest in advanced gear, including anti-mental manipulation psi-tech from Hexisan. He specializes in psionic threats, and has mentally trained to be very resilient to most mind exploitations.

Odaro is most well known for his crime on Atlantis, when he publicly murdered trillionaire, Julian Montgomery III. Odaro is presumed to be working with the Protega pirates, being bribed by their representatives in a plot to assassinate the Aption leader. He is pressumed to either be hiding on the independent planet of Hades or Protega. No word yet on what it is that Odaro will be doing for the pirates, nor is there word on exactly which faction of raiders he is working with.

MOJI (an unknown acronym) is a mutant originally believed to be created by Prometheus during their height in power within the Norma & Sagittarius Arm. The creature is believed to be built from one of Prometheus's volunteer security force members as a weapon against rising psionics, which during MOJI's creation period, was believed to have been a possible threat to the galaxy. Once Prometheus's Phaya scandal was uncovered, Prometheus retreated inward, abandoning their genetics projects and leaving MOJI to fend for himself.

Since then, MOJI has taken it upon himself to continue his original mission, and slay anyone involved in psionics. Along with his partners, known only as "Oni" & "Hammer", MOJI has illegally slain several T.A.F., House of Veneration and Prometheus individuals affiliated with psionics. While the  attacks slowed down for a time, recent presences of Hexisan psions within the Norma and Sagittarius arms have caused MOJI to resurface. The creature is considered highly dangerous, and should only be engaged if those at hand have a superior force and are willing to slay the mutant outright.

Oni, is one of three psion-hunters located somewhere in the Sagittarius or Norma arm. The armored warrior is believed to part of an abandoned Prometheus project which targeted psions for termination. Oni is believed to be highly modified genetically, cybernetically, and most frighteningly of all, psionically. He and his partners MOJI & "Hammer" are believed to be highly resistant to psionics and have slain several key figures within the psion community within the last thirty years.

Witnesses state that Oni and his partners are heavily equipped in the latest technological weaponry and equipment, which leads investigators to believe that they are being sponsored. The three mutants are highly trained, and without conscience, which has made stopping the trio very difficult. While they tend to follow laws while in town, Oni in particular seems to be very demanding in social interactions. Several inn keepers, weapon salesmen and wilderness rangers have been assaulted by the Oni for being unable to comply with his demands. Anyone who spots Oni is asked to report it to authorities immediately, and avoid all contact.

Hammer is one of the three psion-hunters haunting the Sagittarius and Norma arm. The monster is believed to be a Prometheus mutant who has been crossbred with several aquatic and land based animals that Prometheus scientists discovered during their exploration movement. Hammer is extremely resistant to both psionics and energy weapons. The mutant is highly trained in hand-to-hand combat, as well as melee weapons. Unlike his counterparts, Hammer is extremely grizzly with the psionic victims he hunts, devouring their brains after destruction. While it's uncertain if Hammer is able to speak, witnesses say that he only communicates with his partners in grunts and growls. He is not expected to be reasoned with and should only be engaged if there is no other option.
